Members' Evening 2026 Booking

The purpose of this, our fifth annual Members' Evening, is to:

1. Showcase the many activities of the Company and the benefits of membership.
2. Meet and question those members standing for election to the Court of Assistants.
3. Facilitate engagement and dialogue between the various membership groups and sub-units.
4. provide members with an interesting, informative and enjoyable evening in an informal and social environment.

The outline programme is:

• 1830hrs: Members Evening opens with Happy Hour (free beer and wine until 1925hrs)
• 1930-1945hrs: Vice-President's and Commanding Officer's addresses
• 2045hrs: Members' Evening closes.
• Cash bar will be available in the West Albert Room after the addresses until 2030hrs when the Sutling Room will re-open.

Members will find broad representation, including from the ceremonial sub-units, the Active Unit, HAC societies and associations and the HAC sports clubs. The ever popular ‘Chef’s Table’ will add an alternative to the finger food that will be served during the evening. 

Drill Suppers will be available to members from 2045hrs
